What the area is
An Emaar residential community within Dubai Harbour, between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, with a 1.5 km private beach for its residents. Dubai Harbour is a wider Meraas development, and the Emaar Beachfront beach does not serve the whole district. Emaar continues to market new projects in the community.
Infrastructure and connectivity
Access from Sheikh Zayed Road next to Dubai Marina; close to the Dubai Marina Metro and Tram, and to Palm Jumeirah.
KOVO VIEW
A newer, quieter alternative to Dubai Marina, with its own beach. It suits buyers prioritising waterfront living and recently built homes; the building, orientation and floor are more important than the district alone.
