What the area is
A group of five islands off Deira, developed by Nakheel as a residential, hospitality and beach destination. An emerging district: it already has a Blue Flag beach, but most of its housing is sold off-plan and part of the infrastructure is still under construction.

Road link with Deira; close to DXB airport and the city’s historic centre.
KOVO VIEW
An early-stage opportunity on Dubai’s northern waterfront. It may suit buyers comfortable with development risk and a long-term horizon, but not those seeking an established neighbourhood.
